Current Information COVID-19

„Your health is our priority“

Like everywhere else in our new everyday life, rules now also apply on holiday for the safety of all of us.

We are overjoyed with today's news that we are allowed to reopen.

What measures will accompany us in the coming weeks?

We have summarised the first information for you here:
+ for the check in you need a current 2G status for adults and children from 12 years onwards
+ FFP2 - masks compulsory for adults and children from 14 years in all indoor public areas
+ children from 6 - 13 years of age are required to wear a mouth-nose protection in all public indoor areas
+ Closing time at the hotel bar 23.00 hrs.
+ Austria remains a high-risk area
+ the Finkenberger Almbahn will be open from Monday, 13.12.2021

As the written regulations always take a few days to arrive, there may still be changes or additions.

For entry into Tyrol, a 2-G certificate is required (vaccinated, recovered).
WHAT DOES THE 2G MEAN IN CONCRETE TERMS?

2 G = VACCINATED OR RECOVERD (up to a maximum of 6 months after the disease). Proof of neutralising antibodies is not valid here.

During the transitional period until approx. 8.12.2021, the 1st vaccination in combination with a PCR test also counts as 2G proof.

For guests who are VACCINATED or RECOVERD and can provide the corresponding valid proof, there will be NO CHANGES! The proofs MUST be presented at check in.

Guests who do not meet the 2 G status are unfortunately not allowed to be accommodated in this case. This applies to adults and children over the age of 12.

Here we have summarised the most important information for your holiday:

for check in you need a current 2G status for adults and children 12 years and older
FFP2 - masks are compulsory for adults and children aged 14 and over in all indoor public areas - due to the masks being compulsory in the hotel, we ask for your understanding that we cannot currently accommodate guests with mask exemption.
Children from 6 - 13 years of age are required to wear a mouth-nose protection in all public indoor areas.
Closing time at the hotel bar 23.00 hrs.
Austria remains a high-risk area
FFP 2 masks must be worn from our staff
Please keep a distance of 1 metre from other guests at your own responsibility.
Please note that the 2 G general conditions apply to the restaurants / cafes / huts in our region.
Do I have to go into quarantine after a stay in Austria or what formalities are required? Please note that the regulations on this vary in each home country / federal state and are constantly changing and we are unfortunately unable to provide any information here. Thank you for your understanding.

The measures are constantly adapted to the official requirements of the Austrian Federal Government. These are always in the interest of the health and safety of our guests and are based on the official requirements. Please note that changes can also be made at short notice!
